About the Role:



As a Senior Graphic Designer at DIGI Technologies International Inc., you will play a vital role in creating engaging and dynamic visual communications materials for our clients.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Supervise a team of graphic designers and graphic arts technicians to ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs.
  • Estimate time to complete graphic designs and illustrations, adapting existing illustrations to meet client needs.
  • Assist in developing storyboards for electronic productions, such as multimedia, interactive, and digital products, and television advertising and productions.
  • Consult with clients to determine the nature and content of illustrations to meet their communications needs.
  • Develop and produce realistic or representational sketches and final illustrations.
  • Produce 2-D and 3-D animated drawings or computer illustrations.
  • Work in a multidisciplinary environment, coordinating all aspects of production for print, audio-visual, or electronic materials.
  • Co-ordinate sub-contracting and consult with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements, and content of communications materials.
  • Determine the medium best suited to produce the desired visual effect and the most appropriate vehicle for communication.
  • Develop the graphic elements that meet the clients' objectives.
  • Establish guidelines for illustrators or photographers.
  • Prepare sketches, layouts, and graphic elements, utilizing existing photo and illustration banks and typography guides.


Requirements:


  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role, with a focus on graphic design and visual communications.
  • Advanced knowledge of graphic design software, including Unity3D, Adobe Freehand, Corel Draw, and Adobe Suite.
  • Strong understanding of computer and technology knowledge, including Linux, MS Office, WordPress, and MS Windows.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to distinguish between colors and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
