Eataly North America is seeking a skilled Grocery Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring that our fresh produce products are displayed and stocked to perfection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, respond to inquiries and complaints, and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  • Produce Management: Stock, rotate, and face fresh produce products according to department procedure, ensuring quality and freshness.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, back stock, and warehouse storage areas.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations and meet sales goals.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a grocery setting preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to multitask and organize workflow, and ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours in length, stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs. in weight.
