About The Merci Clothing Ltd

We are a dynamic retail company seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Cash Register with accuracy and efficiency, processing transactions and handling customer payments.
  • Process Payments through various methods, including cash, credit, and debit cards.
  • Stock Shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Provide Customer Service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with Promotions and in-store events, promoting products and services to customers.
  • Monitor Store Operations and report any issues or concerns to management.
Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate or equivalent.
  • 7 Months to Less Than 1 Year of retail experience or equivalent.
  • Excellent Communication Skills and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands include standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and bending, crouching, and kneeling.
