We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Employment Lawyer with 5+ years of experience to join our team at ZSA Legal Recruitment. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and French and have a strong background in Employment Law.

This role provides a unique opportunity to work with a boutique firm that serves clients in Quebec and Nunavut. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal services to clients in Indigenous communities, with occasional travel to Northern Canada.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Indigenous law and be able to work effectively in a diverse team environment. This position offers a balanced lifestyle with reduced billable hours, a hybrid work mode, and an attractive compensation package including group insurance and bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal services to clients in Quebec and Nunavut
  • Work with Indigenous communities to provide legal support
  • Travel to Northern Canada occasionally

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Employment Law
  • Fluency in both English and French
  • Strong understanding of Indigenous law
