Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team in Central Zone.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing adult clients referred with swallowing and communication difficulties.

This is a multisite program, and the position will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams in each community to manage caseload and ensure efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical professional practice both independently and as a part of a collaborative team.
  • Provide prevention, health promotion, identification, assessment, intervention, and case management.
  • Participate in the planning, coordination, and delivery of rehabilitation services in collaboration with patients/clients, families, healthcare professionals, and other partners.
  • Supervise students and provide clinical guidance to other staff as appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active or eligible registration and practice permit with the Alberta College of Speech Language Pathologists and Audiologists (ACSLPA).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in assessment and treatment of adult clients experiencing swallowing and communication difficulties.
