About the Role:

Maple Leaf Inn is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and ensure our facilities meet the highest cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient cleaning and maintenance of all areas of the inn.
  • Inspect facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Assist housekeeping staff in performing duties, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Cordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient use of resources.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform bending, crouching, and kneeling tasks.
