Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our team at Recruitment Room. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing and reviewing NTR review and audit engagements independently and effectively.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of ASPE ASNPO and PSAS accounting standards and will be able to provide technical expertise to clients. You will also be responsible for managing engagement teams, providing recommendations as required, and delegating tasks to all levels of staff.
We are looking for a self-starter who is able to work independently and is comfortable in a team and client-focused environment. You will have excellent project management, time management, and leadership skills, as well as strong interpersonal, technical, and communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have a CPA designation with 7 years of relevant public practice experience and extensive knowledge of ASPE ASNPO and PSAS accounting standards. Experience in industries supported by our firm is considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and review NTR review and audit engagements independently and effectively.
- Deliver complete product to the Partner on a timely basis.
- Provide technical expertise on ASPE ASNPO and PSAS standards.
- Manage engagement teams providing recommendations as required.
- Delegate tasks to all levels of staff providing guidance and training to enhance their career development within the firm.
- Foster positive working relationships with client personnel and coworkers.
- Manage client relationships win new work and ensure quality of work completed.
- Oversee client portfolios primarily in construction charities/societies NPOs quasigovernment organizations school districts and larger charities.
