We are looking for an exceptional leader who can oversee the entire grocery store operation, from planning and organizing daily tasks to managing staff and assigning duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work under pressure, and possess attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and organize daily operations, including managing staff and assigning duties">
  • Manage staff and supervise office and volunteer staff">
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credits policies, and locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale">
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth">
  • Determine staffing requirements and resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages">

Requirements

The successful candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in retail management. They must also possess a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and be fluent in English.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position working on-site at our supermarket/grocery store location. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a comprehensive compensation plan, bonuses, and opportunities for career growth.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plans, and paid time off.
