About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and physically fit individual to join our team as a Construction Trades Assistant at 3D Concrete & Gravel Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Assist in loading and unloading construction materials from vehicles and equipment.
  • Material Handling: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Site Assistance: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs under the guidance of experienced tradespeople.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance work on equipment and tools.
Work Environment

As a Construction Trades Assistant, you will work in a fast-paced outdoor environment with varying weather conditions. You will be required to work at heights, in noisy and dusty conditions, and in hot temperatures.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Work Experience: Willingness to learn and train on the job.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, reliability, and a team player.
