  • Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to support decision-making and improve overall sales performance.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and predictive models to track key performance indicators (KPIs), forecast sales, and uncover patterns that can inform product positioning and customer targeting.
  • Develop strong understanding and ability to support with Condair's CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Monitor KPIs, lead conversions, sales targets, and provide insights on underperforming areas and suggest improvements.
  • Provide background research and information on target accounts to Sales team.
  • Manage customer's compliance documentation.
  • Find sales trends and have the ability to create strong presentations and predictions.
  • Adhere to Condair's Quality Assurance System and Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Certificate from college in Administration with a minimum 5 years' experience in data analysis function required.
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, spoken). French and Spanish is an asset.
  • Strong communication and telephone skills.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Advanced user of MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook required. Experience using database software such as SAP, CRM software, and business intelligence tools is an asset.
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
