WSP USA is seeking a Senior Hydrogeologist to join our Environmental Management team in British Columbia.
The successful candidate will lead teams in the delivery of hydrogeological projects, authoring and overseeing deliverables, preparing proposals, managing projects, data collection, technical analysis, and providing technical advice.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve a senior level of technical proficiency in hydrogeology.
- Develop and implement work procedures, policies, and requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and ensure quality and integrity in project work.
- Participate in health and safety culture, providing guidance for H&S initiatives.
- Prepare complex proposals and reports on time and within budgets.
- Lead and oversee data compilation, analysis, and project management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Geoscience or Engineering with a focus on Hydrogeology, and twelve (12) years of relevant experience.
- Professional registration in the province/territory of work; eligibility to obtain registration within one year if practicing outside of BC.
- Post graduate degree.
- Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to contribute to the team.
- Proficient project management skills including budgeting and scheduling.
- Demonstrated experience in environmental consulting.
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Salary Range (in British Columbia) $84,300 to $116,000
The final salary awarded for this role may vary based on several factors including education, qualifications, experience, and organizational needs.
