Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Handyman/Woman to join our team at Corvus Construction Ltd. As a Handyman/Woman, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, making adjustments and minor repairs to various systems, and ensuring the overall upkeep of our apartment/condominium complex.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
  • Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Perform minor repairs on appliances and equipment
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
  • Work with minimal supervision and take initiative to complete tasks efficiently
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions and handle heavy loads
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and bending, crouching, and kneeling
  • Dependability, flexibility, and reliability
  • Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week
Work Environment

Our apartment/condominium complex is located in an urban area, and you will be working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
