Job Summary

The Electrical Discipline Specialist position is responsible for performing all tasks and duties related to electrical disciplines, including installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment and systems. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and attention to detail to ensure the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical equipment and systems, including generators, air conditioning, refrigeration, and alarm systems.
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment, including testing and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, including those related to electrical safety.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems.
  • Develop and implement procedures for electrical maintenance and repair.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior technicians on electrical systems and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 6 years of experience in electrical maintenance and repair.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and equipment, including generators, air conditioning, refrigeration, and alarm systems.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Working Conditions

The Electrical Discipline Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to electrical systems and equipment. The position requires the ability to work at heights and in confined spaces, and to lift and move heavy equipment and materials.
