Job Summary

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our SAP operational functional team, you will be responsible for providing technical designs and delivering solutions for the SAP Billing and Bill Print area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Design and Development: Analyze business requirements and develop high-quality technical specifications for SAP ISU billing and bill print solutions.
  • Solution Delivery: Design, develop, and configure billing-related changes in SAP ISU, and participate in testing processes to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Technical Standards and Guidelines: Adhere to established technical standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in solution delivery.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Demonstrate a high-performance, disciplined, safe, accountable, focused, innovative, and achievement-oriented work style, and collaborate effectively with the operation team.

Requirements

  • Education: Diploma or degree in Computing Science, Computer Engineering, or Management Information Systems.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in SAP ISU Billing, with a strong background in design and configuration changes.
  • Technical Skills: Experience in billing mater data setup, rate structure, billing schema, price management, real-time pricing, and interval meters.
  • Additional Skills: Exposure to CRM, FICA, Idex, DM, and PM areas of SAP is considered an advantage, as well as experience in SAP ABAP programming.
