Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at ALBERTA LTD. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and stockroom
  • Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, as well as maintaining inventory levels
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers

Requirements:

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods

Work Environment: Our store is a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding work setting. You will be required to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. We offer relocation costs covered by the employer.
