About the Role

Folasade Wenegieme is seeking a reliable and experienced childcare provider to join our team. As a childcare provider, you will be responsible for the care and well-being of children in a home-based setting.

Responsibilities
  • Childcare and Education: Provide high-quality childcare and education to children, including activities such as games, outings, and homework assistance.
  • Household Management: Manage the household, including cooking, cleaning, and laundry, to ensure a safe and healthy environment for children.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, including administering first aid and CPR as needed.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with parents and other caregivers to ensure a smooth and seamless childcare experience.
  • Organization: Organize and plan activities, meals, and outings for children, ensuring a fun and engaging experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Certifications: CPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent oral communication, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, time management, patience, honesty
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a non-smoking environment, with a permanent work term and 40 hours per week. The work language is English, and the employer offers a health care plan.
