About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and physically fit Swamper to join our team at JL Lazaro Transport Ltd. as a Truck Transport Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport tools and equipment on push or hand cars, ensuring timely delivery and efficient workflow.
  • Assist trucks and delivery drivers to load and unload vehicles, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and navigating various locations.
  • Collaborate with the transportation team to ensure seamless logistics and timely delivery of goods.
Requirements
  • Basic security clearance
  • Willingness to travel overnight and work in a variety of locations
  • Ability to lift and handle heavy loads (more than 45 kg / 100 lbs)
  • Excellent physical fitness and stamina
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
