Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Holder to join our team at Kiehl's Boutique. As a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in assisting the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide superior customer service, develop customer relationships, and maintain a high level of customer retention.
  • Sales Performance: Support regional and new store growth by achieving individual sales goals and contributing to store results.
  • Visual Merchandising and Store Operations: Uphold standards of visual merchandising, store operations, and customer service excellence.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate team members to achieve productivity goals and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Communication and Feedback: Communicate business results to the management team and provide feedback on store performance.
  • Store Operations: Perform open and close procedures, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure regular attendance and timeliness.
Requirements
  • Retail Experience: Prior retail and/or cosmetic experience preferred.
  • Key Holder Experience: Prior key holder experience preferred.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication and Analytical Skills: Strong communication and analytical skills, with basic computer skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis.
  • Language Skills: English mandatory; second language an asset.
