This role, SMT Inspector/Repairer, plays a vital part in our production process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Responsibilities:

  • Verify that parts and locations installed on printed circuit boards conform to Bill of Materials (BOM).
  • Solder and repair/rework surface mount components with precision and accuracy.
  • Meet manufacturing targets while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Perform other tasks as required to support production goals.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in hand soldering and electronic assembly.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and identify component values and polarity.
  • Familiarity with electronic components and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience working in a production environment or with similar equipment.
