Financial Reporting/Alternative Investments, Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Financial Reporting team as a Senior Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a diverse group of personnel and play a key role in the preparation of interim and annual financial statements for alternative investments products.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of Senior Managers and staff involved in the preparation of financial statements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Develop and implement procedures to enhance operational efficiency and minimize risk.
- Lead and participate in various projects and initiatives to improve financial reporting and compliance.
- Collaborate with clients and support teams to deliver high-quality financial statements and regulatory filings.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to staff, allocate and coordinate resources, and handle personnel-related issues.
- BS degree in Accounting, Business, or related field. CPA or MBA is preferred.
- Six or more years of experience in alternative funds fund administration function (financial reporting preferred) or accounting, audit, or related business activity.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to develop business relationships, both within and outside of the organization.
- Knowledge of Securities Exchange Commission (SEC), Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) requirements and laws as they apply to investment companies, Trusts, Partnerships, and other fund structures.
