Key Responsibilities
  • Room Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure all rooms are clean and well-maintained, including sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Bedding and Linen Management: Make beds and change sheets as needed, and distribute clean towels and toiletries to guests.
  • Lost and Found Management: Handle and report lost and found items to the relevant authorities.
  • Customer Service: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience.
  • Housekeeping Operations: Stock linen closets, clean and disinfect elevators, and pick up debris and empty trash containers.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work Environment: The role requires working in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
