About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team at KP Building Products. As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that our plastic products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Machines and Equipment: Safely operate machines and equipment to cut, shape, splice, and fit plastic materials to form parts and assemblies.
  • Inspect Products: Inspect manufactured plastic products for defects and conformance to specifications and quality standards.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare reports on products inspected, highlighting any defects or areas for improvement.
  • Mark and Re-route Defective Products: Mark and re-route defective products for repair or recycle.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Physical Demands: The role requires standing for extended periods, manual dexterity, and attention to detail.
  • Equipment and Machinery Experience: Experience with trimmers, testing equipment, and hand tools is required.
