Bawa Property Management Inc. is seeking a skilled Plumbing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining domestic, commercial, and industrial plumbing fixtures and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and repair plumbing fixtures and systems in various locations, including residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems.
  • Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors.
  • Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings.
  • Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, or soldering, brazing, and welding equipment.
  • Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to the required shape and size.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in plumbing.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces, wet/damp environments, and various locations.
  • Physical demands of the job include handling heavy loads and working under pressure.
  • Steel-toed safety boots are required.
