Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at MODEL NAILS. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements, providing a clear picture of our company's financial health.
- Prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports as required, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
- Reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of our financial records.
Requirements
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Or equivalent experience.
