About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman/Woman to join our team at Construction & More Corp. As an Electrical Foreman/Woman, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical aspects of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule electrical activities, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train electrical workers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit reports on project progress, including electrical installations, testing, and commissioning.
  • Material Management: Requisition and order electrical materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and standards, promoting a safe working environment.
  • Communication: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in electrical supervision or project management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent overtime required.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Construction sites, with exposure to various weather conditions.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy electrical equipment and materials.
