Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Kids U Inc. as a Child Development Specialist.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children. This role requires a strong understanding of child development principles and the ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that align with the needs and interests of children
  • Supervise and support early childhood educators and assistants in carrying out programs
  • Lead activities that promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development, such as storytelling, singing, and arts and crafts
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective team approach
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a childcare setting
  • Child Development Worker (ECE Level 2) certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
