We are a leading construction and renovations company seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of construction projects from start to finish.

Job Summary

The Senior Construction Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate subcontractors activities to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet project deadlines and budgets
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates to stakeholders
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to support project needs
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress against these plans
  • Prepare reports to stakeholders on project status and progress
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
