- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock levels to prevent waste and minimize losses.
- Customer Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and that customers receive a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock levels, and other key performance indicators, and prepare budget and cost estimates to ensure the efficient operation of the restaurant.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment
- Supervision: 11-15 people
- Language: English
- Hours: 37 to 40 hours per week
