Job Overview
The Senior Technical Lead - End User Services will play a crucial role in leading the technical implementation and operations of CI Financial's End-User Technologies, including O365, MFA, Azure AD, End Point Technology, and SSO technologies. This position requires a strategic thinker who can drive innovation and continuous improvement in end-user technology services and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large, complex projects with business and technology teams to deliver solutions aligned to changing business needs and strategies while considering existing End User experience requirements.
- Manage and optimize the Microsoft 365 environment as it relates to architecture and security.
- Accountable and responsible to lead technical discussions and provide recommendations on areas of service improvement and feasibility of technical solutions to ensure business requirements are aligned to solution scope and vision.
- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps to ensure solutions remain leading edge in terms of functionality, security, performance, and availability.
Requirements and Qualifications
This role requires a minimum of 7 years of experience supporting and administrating a Microsoft Environment. Advanced Microsoft Certifications focused on Microsoft 365 and Mobility and Security are preferred or equivalent experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge/experience with desktop operating systems (Windows, MacOS), technical and practical knowledge of PowerShell scripting for administration, automation of processes, and issue resolution. Additionally, expertise with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (formerly Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager) and knowledge of Microsoft Intune/Autopilot or any other major mobile device/application solutions are highly valued.
