Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
  • Merchandise Management: Authorize returns, manage inventory, and maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Sales and Revenue: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and staff productivity to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
Requirements
