Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and control daily salon operations, prioritizing efficiency and productivity
  • Evaluate daily performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures
  • Plan and organize daily tasks, delegating responsibilities to team members as needed
  • Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff, maintaining a culture of excellence and accountability
  • Manage budgets and inventory, ensuring accurate forecasting and optimal resource allocation
  • Negotiate contracts for advertising and marketing strategies, driving business growth and brand awareness
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee development
  • Address customer complaints and concerns, providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in salon management or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving business results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and vendors
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, we also provide a generous pension plan and 40 hours of paid time off per week.

As a permanent employee, you will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, as well as regular performance evaluations and feedback.
