Job Summary: We're currently seeking a Kitchen Operations Assistant to join our team at Aliments Kitchen. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are willing to learn and take on new challenges.

Responsibilities:
• Clean and sanitize kitchen items to ensure a clean and safe working environment
• Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a tidy atmosphere
• Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware in a timely and efficient manner
• Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas to ensure excellent customer service
• Package take-out food with care to maintain high-quality standards
• Serve customers at counters or buffet tables with a smile and a positive attitude
• Take customers' orders accurately and efficiently to ensure a seamless dining experience
• Remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and well-maintained kitchen

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
• Fast-paced environment with high energy levels required
• Physically demanding work with frequent standing, walking, and lifting
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills required to work effectively with colleagues
