**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our finance team as an Accountant/Bookkeeper. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions and reporting.

**Responsibilities**

  1. Manage accounts receivable and invoicing, track payments, and follow up on outstanding receivables.
  2. Ensure accurate payroll calculations and compliance with tax regulations.
  3. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  4. Oversee and submit tax filings, including GST/HST remittances.
  5. Reconcile bank and account statements to ensure accurate financial records.
  6. Provide insights on financial performance, trends, and variances.
  7. Collaborate with other departments on financial planning and reporting needs.

**Requirements**

  • 3+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience.
  • Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Financial Modeling a plus).
  • Experience with payroll, AR, invoicing, and tax filings (GST/HST).
  • Familiarity with SaaS financial structures (a plus)
