About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Aftermarket Product and Services team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing strategic plans, and building strong relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and ensure the team is equipped to respond to changing market conditions.
