Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled nurse to provide personal care to clients as outlined in their care plans.

The ideal candidate will adhere to providing personal care and help clients with their ADLs within the scope of practice for a nurse.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care to clients
  • Helping clients with their ADLs
  • Communicating effectively with clients and care coordinators
  • Identifying and reporting client care concerns

We offer a supportive work environment, 24/7 nursing oversight, educational training opportunities, and a health and wellness program.

Requirements include:

  • CNO Registration and nursing certificate
  • Negative TB Test completed within the last year
  • COVID Vaccination Receipts (subject to an exemption pursuant to the Ontario Human Rights Code)
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
