Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Leader to join our team at Chubb. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with customers.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with a strong understanding of fire life safety solutions. You will be able to articulate the value proposition of our services and develop effective proposals that meet customer needs.

You will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the pricing approach of inspection accounts. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to present information to managers, customers, AHJs, and the general public.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish contact with potential qualified buyers of inspection services by scheduling sales calls and following up on leads.
  • Determine customer needs by conducting site surveys and reviewing your findings with customer personnel.
  • Prepare and present effective proposals that offer solutions to customer life safety needs.
  • Contribute to the pricing approach of inspection accounts.
  • Maintain and report sales business plan and attend monthly sales call.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales experience is a must.
  • Previous sales experience related to fire life safety and/or security solutions and/or building services and maintenance is a plus.
  • Strong oral and written communications are a must.
  • Business development and/or marketing experience is a plus.
