Job Summary

Olympia Transportation Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Transportation Logistics Manager to oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation regulations and experience in establishing and implementing policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure transport compliance with regulations
  • Establish and implement policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods
  • Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods
  • Oversee the setting of transportation service rates and monitor revenue
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent client focus, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player skills
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
