About the Role:

At Jeraco's Hair Design, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Skin Care Specialist to join our team. As a Skin Care Specialist, you will provide exceptional client service, ensuring that each client receives a personalized experience that meets their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Education: Provide exceptional education to clients on various skin care treatments and products.
  • Experience: Possess 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the beauty industry, with a focus on skin care treatments.
  • Work Setting: Work in a fast-paced esthetician's salon environment, providing exceptional service to clients.
  • Area of Work Experience: Gain experience in a variety of skin care treatments, including facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Possess excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and ability to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate exceptional client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organization, reliability, and team player skills.
  • Experience: Possess 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the beauty industry, with a focus on skin care treatments.
