Forklift Operator

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team at Blue Ocean Freight Inc. as a key member of our warehouse operations.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a forklift to load, unload, and move products and materials within our warehouse. This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work in a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate a forklift to move products and materials within the warehouse
- Load and unload products from trucks and trailers
- Build pallets and prepare products for shipping
- Read blueprints to determine dimensions of structures and material requirements
- Perform daily safety checks on equipment and report any issues
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve warehouse goals
- 1-2 years of experience operating a forklift
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
