About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Crop Yield Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our agronomy team, you will work closely with growers to maximize their yield potentials and seed quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert agronomic advice to growers on crop selection, soil management, and pest control.
  • Conduct site visits to assess crop health and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Work with growers to develop and implement customized crop plans.
  • Monitor and report on crop progress and yields.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in crop production or agronomy.
  • Strong knowledge of crop growth and development, as well as pest and disease management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
