Job Description

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician Lead to join their team. As a key member of the maintenance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of industrial equipment, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.

The Role:

  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules and standards for all mechanical and electrical systems and equipment.
  • Analyze test results, machine error messages, and information obtained from operators to diagnose equipment problems.
  • Repair and maintain production equipment, including reassembly of parts after completion of repair, testing, or inspection.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to maintenance programs and systems functionality.
  • Provide training and demonstrations on production equipment to new operators and communicate safety features in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements:

  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude required.
  • Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree or certificate/license in related trade preferred.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in automation/manufacturing/industrial maintenance.
  • Possesses strong interpersonal skills and collaborates with multiple stakeholders.
