About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at Love and Order Home Staging and Redesign. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our office and client spaces.

Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Dust and polish furniture and fixtures to ensure a high level of cleanliness and presentation
  • Vacuum and clean carpets, area rugs, and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and healthy environment
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a high level of hygiene
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Dependability, initiative, judgement, and reliability
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
