About the Role

Cofomo is seeking a highly skilled SharePoint expert to join our team. As a SharePoint GIA refactoring expert, you will play a key role in modernizing our digital workplace and ensuring seamless collaboration across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Refactor the SharePoint GIA to align with our new organizational structure
  • Develop a process and framework for content evolution and maintenance
  • Recommend a taxonomy and UX design that meets the needs of our organization
  • Update content and modernize search functionality
  • Establish a SharePoint administration guide for knowledge transfer to internal resources
  • Develop a strategic plan aligned with GIA objectives
  • Collaborate with our communications advisor to ensure clear and concise language
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strategic, user-experience focused approach
  • Ability to develop and execute communication plans
  • Marketing web experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365 (SharePoint), and configuration
  • Fluency in French (oral and written)
  • Problem-solving, leadership, and proactive skills
