We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Eleven Foods Incorporated. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Excellence: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Cost Control: Analyze and optimize product and service costs to maintain profitability.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Team Leadership: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives.
