Logistics Coordinator

Proline Pipe Equipment Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipper-Receiver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of our facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine the most efficient method of shipment for goods
- Schedule the distribution of goods to meet customer demands
- Prepare and manage shipping documents, including bills of lading and invoices
- Assemble and inspect containers and crates to ensure they are properly packed and labeled
- Verify incoming goods against invoices and other documents to ensure accuracy
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory levels
- Route goods to the appropriate storage areas and ensure they are properly stored
- Pack and unpack goods to be shipped or received
- Affix identifying information and shipping instructions on shipments
- Oversee the loading and unloading of goods and supervise material handlers and helpers
- Process payments for goods and manage inventory levels
The Shipper-Receiver will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to meet the demands of the role.
Requirements:- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- Ability to work 32 hours per week
