About the Role
  • You'll contribute to the planning, development, and launch of new initiatives that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Frequent interactions with customers will help you understand their needs and pain points, informing product opportunities and driving innovation.
  • Strong collaboration among cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, will be crucial to your success.
  • You'll leverage data to inform product decisions, establishing clear success metrics and using them to guide product development.
What You'll Bring
  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact products.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments, valuing quick decision-making and iteration to maximize learnings.
  • Lived in Toronto, the GTA, or willing to relocate, with a preference for collaboration-driven work environments.
  • A maker and builder at heart, with a portfolio of projects showcasing your skills and expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to bring clarity in ambiguous or uncertain environments.
Bonus Points
  • Experience turning data into actionable insights using tools like Excel, SQL, etc.
  • Familiarity with Figma or other design tools, demonstrating your ability to collaborate with designers.
  • Experience working in financial products and services, highlighting your understanding of industry trends and challenges.
  • A deep understanding of small businesses and their owners/operators, with a passion for helping them succeed.
