Mold Maintenance Manager

Berry Global, inc is seeking a skilled Mold Maintenance Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the maintenance and development of injection molding tooling to ensure optimal asset utilization and support activities that promote sustained, optimal tool performance.
Responsibilities:
• Develop preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
• Oversee the conversion, repair, and inspection of tooling, as well as direct, review, and approve tool design changes to improve current and future mold design for quality parts and optimum cycles.
• Maintain and regain cavitation to meet monthly objectives, develop and maintain project budgets, and evaluate downtime and efficiency reports.
Key Qualifications:
• High school diploma/GED equivalent; preference given to candidates with advanced degrees or certificates.
• Prior experience in mold making, industrial tool maintenance, or injection molding required.
• Ability to read technical drawings and prints, good communication skills, both written and verbal, and knowledge of basic measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
