At Joe Fresh, we're looking for a skilled Key Holder to join our team. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, ensuring accurate product scanning, and implementing company-directed promotions and programs. You will also be responsible for maintaining product displays and promoting a workplace of inclusiveness and belonging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Store opening and closing
  • Ensure accurate product scanning
  • Implement company-directed promotions and programs
  • Maintain product displays
  • Commitment to promoting a workplace of inclusiveness and belonging

Requirements:

  • Prior retail sales experience, preferably in apparel
  • Excellent customer service, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, sales-driven, and a team player
  • Basic computer/POS systems skills
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs depending on the department
