Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Multilingual Financial Services Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from existing and potential customers regarding application processing, account updates, product information questions, and website support. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent service while responding to all inbound inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires bilingual skills in English and French. As a Multilingual Financial Services Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients and colleagues, gaining exposure to our Fortune 500 clients and global technology partners. Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat
  • Handle inbound calls from existing and potential customers regarding various financial services
  • Resolve issues and answer questions related to product information, account updates, and website support
  • Upsell and cross-sell supplemental products and services to improve customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to quality standards guidelines
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 1 year of previous customer service experience
  • Bilingual skills in English and French
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work multiple assignments throughout a shift
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and be available 365 days a year
