Key Responsibilities:

  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain quality and safety.
  • Order supplies and equipment to maintain inventory and ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality food production.
  • Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment to inform inventory management and kitchen operations.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient use of resources and high-quality food production.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
  • Standing for extended periods and working under pressure.
  • Client focus, organized, reliability, and team player skills.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is located in an urban area, and public transportation is available.

Work Conditions:

This is a permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
